Refund policy

Pursuant to Legislative decree no 206/2005, if the product you purchased does not satisfy you, you can return it to the manufacturer within 14 days from the date of receipt, without specifying the reason and without any penalty.

In order to return the product you must contact the customer service info@ethathi.com communicating your afterthought.

Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent confirmation of authorization of the return and the mode of procedure. Once you have received confirmation of authorisation of a return, it will be possible to proceed with the shipment of the product that you want to return at the address:

The costs for this shipment will be at your expense and you can choose the courier which you prefer.

Following the confirmation of the conformity of the returned product (product and packaging intact) you will be refunded the full amount of the order within 14 days. If the product is found to be not intact, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money. Note that you cannot return to rethinking the products that for their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

NB: due TO the personal nature of its use, the masks can not be made.

In the case of delivery of damaged product, and visible from the outside, we must not accept the goods from the courier, and then communicate the refusal to the our customer service. In the case that is damaged on opening the box you need to document with photo and send to mail info@ethathi.com asking for intervention. In this case all the costs are borne by us. From time to time we will decide whether to send a whole new supply or integrate it only for damaged products.

The refund will be made directly on the credit card used for the order. If the order had been carried out with the mode of payment on delivery will be required for the bank customer to proceed to payment. The shop operates from the European Union and all transactions in foreign currency are converted into Euros following the payment.

The refund will be processed as soon as you will have the necessary information to consider the request of the customer. Attention: if payment is made with credit card, the refunds to appear in your bank account can take a few days. The refund will appear with the description “Refund for order #____ of the ______ authorisation Code ______”.
