Do you want to dry them?
Dry them in dryers at high temperatures.
Avoid suggested methods that invite you to put masks in the microwave, oven or boiling pot. In the absence of a dryer you can use an iron. I recommend filters, those are not washable but disposable
Do you want to sterilize them?
Use sterilizing powder or bleach. Fill a tray with 5 l of water at 30 degrees C and add: bleach (150 ml) and sterilizing powder (100 grams). Soak them and soak them for an hour. Now they are ready for washing in the washing machine
